How to overcome the following problems?
1) There's a drain in front of the house with smaller gutters directly pointing towards your main gate
2) Main road in front of the house is higher than the ground on which the house is sited

1. If the current of the water in the drain is not strong and the drain is not big & ugly... then is ok.
2. Mainly it is not good. Logical POV, water will always be going into your house during rain if the drainage is not properly done.
Find another house which is more feng shui strategic la.
