What happens when you have to deal with incompetence? Not just incompetent people, but incompetent organizations, incompetent processes - just pure incompetence everywhere you go?

Frustration sets in, knowing that you can't do much about it. Sure you can intervene for a temporary solution. But once you get out, the situation returns to status quo. No improvement takes place. All your hard work goes to zero and the cycle starts all over again.
Incompetent people get on your nerves because they cannot do anything, and can't seem to learn anything.
Incompetent organizations screw you by doing things which go against your very wishes, e.g. installing useless CEO's.
Incompetent processes destroy the foundation of a properly working organization, cause frustration, and breed incompetent people and organizations.
Incompetent people, organizations and processes contribute to the increasing incompetence in the world.
Aaaaaaarrrghhh!!!!
